Personally, I rank the buildings as equal in importance as the natural environments and the dungeons.

Aesthetics are important to me. Is it my biggest complaint? Hmm.. let's go through them then.

Buildings etc - covered that, it will be fixed with mods eventually. Horrorview took a good shot at it but they look kind of out of place (but still better imo).

Interface - I hated it at first but since have found a mod that fixes it so consider that fixed up to a point.

Voice-overs - they sound bizarre to me, just downright weird. People seem to be 'imitating' accents that are not native to them which just sounds strange and very jolting.

Clothes and armour - they look tacky and obviously low res but that will be fixed with mods in time too.

None of this is gamebreaking for me but I like to comment on all aspects of the game, the good and the bad. I have already made a thread commenting on the good (i.e. Skryim is the best of current modern RPGs imo) which got moved out of the Skyrim forum don't know why. There were no arguments it was a good discussion which is still going in Beth general forums. The problem seems to be if you say anything negative about the game people take it very personally. For some people there was never anything wrong with Skyrim, there never will be and anyone who says different can just go and burn in the flames of Hell. It's all a bit odd I have to say...
