Everything works.
Facegeom and Facegendata properly loaded in the game.

There's 3 new NPC with different skin colors, and war paints on his face. Everything is displayed correctly!

After installing the patch, I also deleted a file from a directory of SkyrimPrefs.ini "\ Documents \ My Games \ Skyrim"
I do not know, maybe it is this action solved the problem, but now everything works great!
