Creative Kills

I'm sick of hearing my own footsteps irl.

I wish there was slider for that : (

I hate my shadow. It's pulling me back! Why can't I turn it off?

I know exactly what you mean. Especially about how the people on youtube complain about the most stupid stuff. "The game looks like it was made in 2007" yea not every game has to look like crysis 2 in order to be good looking. But the ones I hate the most are what you pointed out the "this game looks really easy". o really? yea maybe on the easy difficulty setting sure but go and try and take on 3+ guards at once, you can't keeping using time stop forever. Side Note: Wtf do these people expect a trailer to look like, "oh look he died again, oh he messed up again," Of course there gonna show you some of the badass stuff you can do. And I do understand the people making these comments aren't following the game in the least but really most previews state "hey the head on conflict approach is hard". Whatever though those people weren't going to buy the game in the first place so no real need to care about their opinion in the least.

I don't blame them for not doing research, not everyone is me or CB. (not that I do that much) But seriously for the love of all that is sacred, think! SHERLOCK is the best series just for having this in its dialogue: "Between you and me Mr. Holmes why don't people just think?" I ask myself the same thing each day. It was the same thing with the League of Legends Champpion Spotlights. They make a server between the games and Phreak and everybody knows they svck at the game. Phreak does something awesome with a champion, "ERMAHGERD THIS CHAMPION IS OP NERF!!!".

And on the graphics argument, there is no such thing as bad graphics. One could argue that low textures and polygon counts are that but where the issue lies is in the aesthetic. A game can have awful textures but if it has an awesome aesthetic it will be praised. But w/e like I said people are idiots and don't have time to do research or to think. And seriously don't go on reddit because if I do again I will have a heart attack.

Nah man he picked it up and froze time almost the same time. He chucked it maybe 1-2 seconds after freezing time

Didn't mean to let your post pass without responding. I'll watch it again but I'll take your word for it.

Even for the major things like mod tools or third person camera: "This game SHOULD have it or I will not buy it!!!". Dude, who the f*** cares. There's a sea of great titles that people don't even acknowledge.

This is how I feel when people say "oh its not open world? missed oppurtunity there." You want open world assassinations hey look theres assassins creed and the elder scrolls games. Probably others that I don't know about as well. Indeed people are idiots. As far as your last post I don't really have anything to add, except the second I got on reddit I thought well this is by far the most stupid website I've been on in a while.

Edit: nevermind decided to cut the middle part

Refresh. Why hath thou forsaken me. Yeah, I'm trying to develop an inoculation for the legion of people who simultaneously feel the need to slam the game, without information, and then compound that temerity by saying "I would have bought it otherwise". At least if you're going to attack something, don't lie about it afterwards. I don't know. It's frustrating.

Have you watched all the animations? Because I count a hell of a lot more than any other FP game.

What kind of animations would you have included?

Not trying to be a d'ck, just curious.

Gotta love the comments on the videos there.LOL!!

I bet it's the same everywhere.

"why should I do this if I can kill in one way?"-Ever heard the word "fun"?You should try it sometimes.

Seriously,no wonder ACIII or all these other companies are just going for sequels and watering it down. When you have a consumer base that's filled with DUMB OCD induced 11 year olds, then what hope do you have for future generations?

"Silly and not serious"-I think I would like some fun gameplay and story instead of the same old war story.Seriously kids, try to be a little bit open next time.

And those people on comments were right, this game will suffer from sales, but not because of the game itself, but because you have forgotten how to use your brain(if you have one that is).Won't surpirse me if it's the same group of kids going to different websites and commenting the same things over and over.

No, AC III comes out October 30th. Still some competition, but not as much.

AC is out on the 30th or thereabouts, thank the heavens. But RE6 comes a couple days before Dishonored. Ugh. I don't want to think about the calendar. We got lucky with Bioshock being pushed back. Both of those games will benefit. Dishonored has the chance to offer a different killer and Infinite can make its nebulous improvements.

I know I'm biased, but comment boards are largely the domain where "you will never find a more wretched hive of scum and villainy". My bias is for us haha. I can take informed criticism of what we've seen, but the only place I've seen that is here! Where we parse and dissect whatever is available, trying to put it back together and make it gleam, make it shine more from our attentions and doubly the more reasonable minds will leaven their expectations. Truly, this is the sanctum of the virtuous. *halo*

Yeah I pretty much said we're the best over the rest. Not exactly a welcoming attitude, but *small voice* it's our secret.

Also, Borderlands 2 comes out September 18th, less than a month before Dishonored.

Ah shucks. Erm just shufflin ma thumbs.

And you've made me cry reminding me Mak. A grown man weeping is a sad sight. It's the closest you'll get in reality to watching a unicorn be killed by a velociraptor with a top-hat and monocle. Actually that would be pervertedly awesome.

I'm better now. But yeah, Dishonored has some stiff competition still.

Well if you really mean it Mak, promise me we're gonna make it! I'm getting old and my heart can't take disappointment (I'm actually reaching a number soon that is a little depressing).

The Unicorn/Velociraptor War of 3020 B.C. has been stricken from the annals of history available to the general public. People couldn't handle the truth that unicorns are indeed conniving, evil creatures who use their horns to touch the base of a person's forehead, scour his very soul until nothing is left but the impression that that person is now a unicorn. Slowly but surely, reality warps around the perceptions of the afflicted person and she (switchin up the gender pronouns yo) becomes a unicorn. Reproduction by thought manipulation. Velociraptors, because of their top-hats and monocles, were immune to the transmogrifying effects of a unicorn horn. It also endowed them with a large reserve of civility and respect for the natural order. After breaking several sets of china because velociraptors have no dexterity whatsoever, they battled the unicorns. Tufts of hair and scales littered the plains, the mountains, and even the sea floors. It took a velociraptor hat falling on a unicorn head to stop the carnage. Where they ended up is a mystery. Maybe---just maybe---'twas politeness killed the beasts. A top hat and a monocle is a powerful combination.
