Pumkbuster must have removed the files from their website.

I hope Crytek gives them an email about this. This is the second complaint I have seen about this and nobody can play properly in the future if they can't update their punkbuster. This will just kill Crysis Wars even more than it already is dead.

Its gamespy not punkbuster.
PB stopped supporting Crysis long time ago.

How long has it been down? Gamespy has crashed a couple times before. Let the problem sit a couple hours and see what happens.

We know support for Wars is bad, but not THAT bad I think.

If it really is down forever, I have some serious ass kicking to give out.

Well when gamespy crashes, is that the message that comes up? I have never seen that message before in 3 years of playing crysis.

You just get the "Disconnect from Server" when the master server goes down. Or can't connect at all.

Crytek, what's up? You developing your own master server? Patch 1.6? xD Gamespy contract run out?

I will NOT be buying Crysis 2 if this doesn't get fixed. And I will keep my word on that.

We just have to wait and see. It HAS to be a mistake, or a technical issue, although I have NEVER seen that message before.

I can't imagine them pulling the plug without warning or announcement. Many of us PAY for servers, and to just pull the plug? That would be total ****, and yes, I certainly would not be buying crysis modern warfare 3.

I just tried it, same thing. This blows I was about to kill some noobs. This better get fixed I didn't buy a $30 game and not be able to play it. If this continues I will demand a refund!

I'm not lying when I say that. I can cancel my preorder whenever i want. I won't accept **** like that to happen to my game. I don't care how pretty Crysis 2 looks, Crytek can kiss my ass goodbye if this doesn't get addressed. Hopefully its just an expired contract and crytek will renew it. Its either that or host their own server, which would require a 1.6 patch.

The whole central server is down now, not just punkbuster.

I get a different error message. "Connection to server failed." I remember getting this error a very long time ago so the servers will probably be back up soon, for now we will have to connect directly by ip if we want to play.

Its GameSpy their whole system seems to be down, Halo isnt working and aparently neither is GRAW.

Haven't tried any of the other gamespy games but I think 3 is pretty good evadince.

It won't let me past the internet game menu to connect by IP... It gives that support dropped message.

I just heard from rc10racer that hypernnia said that the gamespy servers are offline until tomorrow because gamepsy is doing box changes.

We can wait another 2 hours and 30 minutes before complaining about Crysis Wars support being dropped now. Hopefully the problem is gone by then.
