It's not there for me yet not under skyrim - extras

For me it was under news in the addons part of the marketplace but not under skyrim extras. (page 2 of the news)

Dawnguard wasn't showing up in the extras bit but how I found it was starting the game and on the main menu going to add ons and opening the marketplace from there.
