Attempted all the little trick stated on this threaD. NOT ONE WORKED.
In Australia on Melbourne time. Any Aussies out there see it avaliable in the extras menu?

east coast if you have problems try this load skyrim go to add ons then marketplace should be at top! HECK YES!

It just came up that I could buy it so I did..took away the Msoft points, went to download it, it tells me I can't download this item at the moment.
