This works. You must know your Windows LIVE ID password and have 1600 points on your account. Confirm the download, get on your Xbox, and go to Active Downloads. For some reason, it said that it was being downloaded to another console (my gamertag isn't present on any other console), but once I clicked on it and clicked "Download Now", the downloading started. I'm currently at 17% done, and I'm on the east coast.

It just came up that I could buy it so I did..took away the Msoft points, went to download it, it tells me I can't download this item at the moment.
