Hello everyone! We’re thrilled by the excitement here over The Elder Scrolls Online beta test. The topic has overwhelmed this section, so we’re starting this thread to centralize all beta-related discussion in one place. Additionally, a few reminders:

• The Elder Scrolls Online beta test is under NDA (non-disclosure agreement); you shouldn’t be discussing details of the test in public places such as these forums, social media, streaming video, et cetera. If you’ve gotten in it’s OK to let people know that, but you can’t say anything else about the test.

• We have a private forum for the ESO Beta; the account information you need to log-in was sent in a separate e-mail from your beta invite.

• If you are having trouble, or otherwise need help; you can check for solutions on our http://help.elderscrollsonline.com/, the help section of the ESO beta forums, by submitting a http://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/ask, or calling customer support (details can be found in your invite). It’s very difficult for us to help if you ask here or on our social media channels, and chances are any such requests would break NDA.

• If people post other threads about beta, or break the NDA; please let them know of their error politely and direct them to this thread. If content needs to be removed you should report it with the button found under every post.

This thread can be used to discuss publicly available information about the beta. Participants of beta can’t really say anything, but we do want to leave this open for everyone else rather than locking it as an FAQ.

I've always wondered how the selection process works for betas, is it just completely random invites from all people who signed up? I would of thought you'd want people who will take part by rigorously testing the game and providing good feedback. No offence intended here, but with so many beta threads popping up recently, the lack of people's ability to read something so simple raises doubt to whether they will actually be useful in the beta, or are they just there for early access?

You need to read your invite which contains a link to the Beta forums where you can discuss this openly and receive answers to your questions. We don't have those answers on this forum. This forum is for discussing the upcoming game in information about that. Any problems you are having with the Beta needs to be discussed on the Beta forums which you can find information about and direction to in your invite.

Yea. I got my beta invite last week and accidentily deleted it after putting in the code onto my account. How can I get the info resent to me?

I got to the Character creation screen but then i got a message about i hit my message limit all from hitting Create and i also noticed that my email is water-marked all over my character creation screen. Now i have the log in issues on trying to load up a world list like everyone else.
