Frollo, because he's voiced by Tony Jay and had a really kick ass villain song. Maleficent for how evil she is, and how much she knows how evil she is and loves it.

Hades, he really doesn't let himself get overconfident exploiting whatever possibility he can find, he doesn't throw away his allies just because they don't accomplish their missions and just generally doesn't really do rash things. Yet at the same time he has his funny rage moments when he can allow himself those (around Pain, Panic and Megara).

Also his attitude can be just brilliant. In a darker setting than the one presented to him in Hercules he could be one really mean villain.

jfar, aladin was my favorite movie as a kid so maybe that factors into it. and yzma and kronk were awesome, actually the whole movie is great, always thought the prince looked weird as a non llama by the end of the movie

And being voiced by James Woods just makes him so much more awesome :happy:
