Sadly I have no ideas! I do know that my local t'internet cafe does let me take my xbox in! Other than that im guessig take ya hdd to a friends who has net.

Keep in mind this isn't the full list of things we're working on for the console updates. When we have more to share, we'll post it here in the forums.

When will the update be released? The game has been out 3 weeks! My game wil continue to set on the shelf until it is fixed. 33 hours of game play at level 16 and the dlc glitch hit! Wish they would move alittle faster!

I am new (noob) so if this horribly wrong, i wont be back but........i appreciate the last adm reply about the awesome PC patch and i look forward to the console patch that i keep reading about. I dont play PC (not smart enough) so i roll 360. The adm reply said it went out an hour ago. I paid for NV 21 days ago. Played it 5 hours, broke, pissed, learned about forums. Still cant play. When will actual patch for 360 be out? Thats the info i need. Dont care about PC (no offense PC users) but this patch is 100% useless. Plus i paid you for the game already. Not cheap had to sell one of my kids, the gimpy one.

So they are going to release a patch for PC, Xbox 360, etc.? Anybody know where I can read more about this? I am currently not able to finish the game because of all the glitches occurring in the game. First the game freezes too many times(I save on almost before every door, tunnel, dialog), second the Guardian Cave has a messed up lighting, the entire screen gets dark that you cannot even see your own character, but I can see the pip-boy screen letters clearly. Another glitch is that one of the quest I finished is still highlighted as not done although the quest has no more objectives. Another from the quest is that I cannot start a dialog with McNamara although the quest way point is on him. McNamara just tells me to come back later and we can talk.

Thats about all the glitches I can think of for now. Anyways I am looking forward to this patch because I really need it!!!

Hey guys (at obsidian). Just wanted to give you a head up that my game is still broken. Cant even load anything. Saw the patch for PC, still dont care. I got no hope in the works but ill update you with more news of not being able to play later.

I will be glad when this new patch comes out. I can't really progress any further in my main story line because I can't get into the strip. Im just doing secondary quest till they patch the game.

If the reason is the Strip Gate being locked, you can go to McCarren airport and ride a monorail from there to the Strip. Then you just simply go to the Strip North gate from the inside then the door will be unlocked.

I tried this on the Xbox 360 and it worked.

Or you can kill a seciritron , apprently you can then steal a key off of one. I'm currently on the hunt for a decent sniper rifle to do this with, so can't verify that it works though!

Talking with our producers, aside from tech stuff specific to PCs, anything you're seeing in the PC updates should be making it's way into the next Xbox update. We did a supplemental update for PC this week (it's a different process from consoles and doesnt require the same approval process) -- so you can see some of those fixes http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1123616-game-updates/page__view__findpost__p__16656386.

The "comprehensive" update will include these fixes and other fixes being worked on.

Does this include fixes for what the new PC patch broke (such as Repeater freezing) or any quest fixes? Thank you.

I know that's being looked at by the team. When the next update is out, we'll share similar notes to what we put up with the PC release this week.

Fix the abandoned BoS bunker that the patch bugged
Fix a lot of the freezing issues

While I like that a lot of the technical issues are being fixed, what about Raul's quest and Bye Bye love? It's known how that bug happens and it's two game breaking bugs because if you don't do something before said thing happens(if you learn ranger take down without Raul in your party, his quest will not trigger and if you do How Little we know, Joanne(sp) disappears from the game) Will this ever be fixed?

The Ranger Andy one is weird. I went back there solo and he offered to teach me the takedown move again after the speech check but when I went back a 3rd time with Raul I got nada.

Ya Raul has to be there, but what's strange is you can go talk to Sterling and Raul will talk to you after, same as loyal. All they need to fix with Andy is make Raul talk to you after you talk to Andy. Same with Bye bye love. Just made sure Joanne(sp) does not disappear when you complete how little we know. They are fixing that debt quest that breaks the game, why can't they fix these two game breaking bugs?

So do we have any comment on how long this is going to take beyond "weeks"?, is this a couple of weeks or a better spin on a month or so?, if all it is waiting for is Microsoft certification I seriously doubt such a company runs to such open ended time scales.

Not seen any dates but micrsosft certifitcation takes at least two weeks and can go on for more than that. So I reckon a minimum of another week, maybe more.
Will be makin sure I get any info on here if i see anything though!
