Morrowind armor trumps the others not even close not to mention all the parts to the armor.

Most of skyrim's armor designs are much better than their predecessors IMO. daedric is on par with the Daedric Lord armor mod, which brought it into Oblivion(higher resolution/nicer design, which is why I use that as a benchmark).
designwise, apart from the bonemold, I think Skyrim outdoes everything Morrowind and Oblivion did(except the color of the glass weapons-that was awesome)

you do realize Morrowind's graphics are like 1 step up from minecraft right? You have to be able to see the details for it to be better

Your kidding right? Morrowind, while having aged graphics, does have some very good armor in it. Plenty of details. The way your talking makes it sound like you think that graphics makes up the gameplay.

Oblivion ebony armor went from regal looking to sinister black knight looking in Skyrim. Also Morrwind armors with the graphics upgrade would best pretty much all these except Skyrim fur.

i said nothing about gameplay, i merely gave ample correction to the statement

This is pure fanboyism and it holds no examples or even "opinionated" proof. It is a bland statement that covers a broad spectrum of impossibility and is flawed enough to be corrected by saying "Wrong"

Haha see I made a fire blasting heavy armor mage. When wearing dwarven armor looks likes like a walking tank and is one

I like those too, Morrowind had such a HUGE variety of gear to wear, you could even mix robes in with your armor and im not just talking boots and gauntlets. I hope that bethesda will look into some of what they did in the past and work towards adding it in the future TES games

edit - don't get me wrong though, i love all the TES games so far

I just realized where is the Troll Bone Armor! Skyrim is littered with troll heads why not at least give us a helm.

Well they do have different varieties of some armors in Skyim, like Fur, Iron, Steel, Elven... That's all I can think of. It's a step in the right direction, I think.

Not really the actual designs are better yea the graphics are lacking but if you were to update them they would blow Skyrim and Oblivion out of the water.

Yeah Skyrim does have some variety, i was more talking about back in Morrowind you had Left/Right Pauldron, Left/Right Gauntlet, etc... In other words there were more pieces to complete a set of armor. Example my character back in Morrowind always wore a certain Bonemold Left Pauldron and Gauntlet, a Right Ordinator (Indoril) Pauldron and Gauntlet, Ordinator (Indoril) Mask, Dragon Cuirass, Chitten Greaves and i cant remember the rest but it was totally unique and you would never run into somebody else remotely wearing similar equipment, it made my character feel unique as in Morrowind I would RP my character as a Demi-God like Vivec, Almalexia, Sotha Sil and Dogoth Ur

as someone who only played a bit of morrowind the armor in it makes more sense and in general is more stylized than its successors.

People have different opinions, stop trying to cram yours down everyone's throat Drake.

I'm a collector so I have to have every armor set and weapon. I definitely enjoyed collecting Morrowind's armor more than and TES game. Especially mixing them to give you an awesome unique character. I also killed the gondolier for just the hat.

The need more ethnic armors of Skyrim's cultures. Take Morrowind had multiple armors based of creatures and the houses

I absolutely loved Bonemold for how many pieces there were to it. I think there were like five different helmets to that. Plus I thought a Bear cuirass and helmet looked awesome with some bonemold greaves, boots and bracers. I can't remember what type of bonemold pauldrons I had for that outfit though. I wore the bear armor because it was my way of dressing my character for the cold in Solstheim.

The greatest helmet of all time. Didn't like how huge it was in Oblivion though.
