@megakyle777: sorry mate dont know if it was you or someone else but I answered regarding HTH in another post in this thread. Basically it doesn't say anything specific about HTH. We already know however that some Heavy Armor perks convert your armor rating to dmg for HTH and that you can find some weapons that increase HTH dmg. Thats all I know.
@luoshuigui: Alteration has two Paralyze spells:
Paralyze - Targets that fail to resist are paralyzed for 10s (Expert)
Mass Paralysis - All targets in the area that fail to resist are paralyzed for 15s (Master)
@Bethy: the guide pretty much lays out all the perks divided into combat, stealth, and magic and then gives you a description, notes, and advice on each perk and what kind of gameplay it will enhance etc. It doesn't have a section on flat out bad perks or whatever as obviously that would be somewhat politically incorrect after spending months at Bethesda getting help from devs on the guide

.
@JSLfromBx:
Standing Stones:
The Atronach Stone - +50 magicka, 50% spell absorb, -50% magicka regen
Lady Stone - regent health and stamina 25% faster
Lord Stone - 50 points of dmg resistance, 25% magic resistance
Lover Stone - All skills increase 15% faster (wow this stone is pretty good considering the Mage, Thief, and Warrior stones only increase skill by 20%, not a big difference)
Steed Stone - +100 inventory, no movement penalty from armors
*These are the only ones with values associated
Regarding Enchantment, there is just way too much for me to type out but some of the enchantments you can have are:
Absorb Health, Magicka, Stamina
Banish
Fear
Fire, Frost, Shock, Magicka, Stamina dmg (no straight Health dmg though)
Paralyze
Soul Trap
Turn Undead
Fortify X Skill by a percentage
Resist
Muffle
Waterbreathing
*I think that is most of the general effects.
@megakyle777: doesn't say either way, although as you can sell them, theres definitely a chance that you can de-enchant them too.
@Bethy: their advice with perks doesn't really seem all that detailed or different from what you could logically deduce yourself. So basically he said for the Haggling perk 'Haggling improves prices and selling and its probably beneficial to at least grab one or two ranks of this perk'. I can give you what they say for a specific perk if you like though. Just dont say you want them ALL

.
@Fafryd: it doesn't say either way what it does. It could make it a two handed weapon but that isn't in the guide one way or the other.
@Morilibus: regarding lockpicking they say that the perks in the tree although helpful, may not be essential for people who are good at the lockpick mini game and depending on your lockpick skill (it does make it a bit easier with a higher lockpick skill although nowhere near if you took the perk). They dont really go into much detail about pickpocket perks other than what you probably already realise which is that if you want to pickpocket alot of people, or have alternate methods to hurt your enemy (poison them before attacking, pickpocketing their equipped weapon etc) then some of the perks will be quite handy. They did mention that the poison perk would be handy for some dark brotherhood quests though.
@Articus: OMG I could KISS you. My wrists are starting to hurt from typing so much lol. So yeah I would very much appreciate the help
