How Many Factions would have been ideal for you in Skyrim?

Yeah. If you have played Morrowind, the guilds always had requirements for you to join them and such. If you wanted to advance, you had to have the skills for it.
Also, many of the guilds interacted. The Thieves Guild tried to destroy the Cammona Tong who were allies with the Fighters Guild, who again were rivals of the Mages Guild.
The Temples competed and the Great Houses had friends and foes.
Vampire Factions too had much impact on your game. This is the depth I require.

I know I've said it before here, but I miss the Great Houses. And I had forgotten about the Temple! I just wish there were a couple of factions that you had to invest time and skills in. And I liked having to choose between them, and not being able to do them all with any old character. To me, it gave me more reason to play again with a different character. In Skyrim, I limit MYSELF to only joining appropriate factions for my RP character. A "good" faction for knights or crusaders would be welcome.

Being able to join the bandits, people like that idea?

Yes. Ideally that would be possible. You could sort of do that in Morrowind by calming them so they would nto attack you and then bribing/pursuading them to raise their disposition permanently so that when the calm spell wore off they still would not attack you. Then you could live with them in their caves. Skyrim could have offered more opportunities for that type of fun, but sadly did not. It would have been nice if there had been a way to pursuade bandits to let you join them and then become their leader and then if you make one a follower, others would follow along behind so you could go on bandit raids. Same thing for forsworn. And someone mentioned Altmer wanting to join the Thalmor. There is so much more they could have done with Skyrim.

I would have like to have seen a great many more joinable factions. Also somewhat disappointed that all factions get along so there is no penalty for joining a particular faction.

I'd like another Fighter's Guild, without werewolves.

Vigilants of Stendarr, because they are cool.

This! Maybe ill finish the questline with another character later. To bad.

The amount of factions is fine although forsworn should've been expanded into a full faction. It's just the length of the questlines is just terrible. How many quests does the bard's college have again? 2? and what about the companions? like 4?

I am fine with the fiction count, but I wish there are more rival fiction, like legion vs stormcloak. Join the guard to hunt down dark brotherhood and evently destroy them. Being werewolf hunter as silver hand.

Pardon me, I'm very sleep-deprived and I find the repeated use of the word fraction amusing. I like your passion, though. Haha, fraction...

No more than there already are but I would like them to be factions.
I would like a disposition drop with enemies, I would like to be locked out of quests due to my choice, I would like anything except these excuses for a poorly written and poorly excecuted questline that does absolutely nothing at all.

The total number of factions inside the game is fine. However, the number of quests and length of your character's progreesion within each faction is not.

That's what a lot of players (including myself) have a beef with.
