How to play Caravan

If a player runs out of cards and has no legal plays, he/she immediately forfeits.

Do you find cards throughout the world and purchase them at merchants or do you find and buy complete decks?

You find them in containers (including bodies) and in merchant stores.

Cool thanks can't wait to try it out! Do you find complete decks, separate cards, or both?

Individual cards.

Appreciate it. One last question...where can you play and against who? The strip? Casinos? Random settlements?

Individual cards.

In your inventory, do they stack (like F3's keyring), or do they show as individuals?

You play wherever you find individuals who want to play.

They all go into a single caravan deck in your inventory.

When you select your deck in your inventory can you scroll through and look at all your individual cards?

So does this make caravan a late game, game, due to building decks?
Or do certain npc's offer an introduction with a chance of rigged decks?

Also is it me or in game caravan seem to favour mostly high cards 7's to 10's with plenty of wilds, due to small six card max one to ten value cards?
Though in real life low cards up to 6's with maybe all four tens, with at least one suit apart from tens and face cards (if not more suits) not taken into the pool of thirty.
With a few choice wilds to handicap a rival bidder with the max played cards removed?

Edit: One last thing is this not just removing all counting cards guards from the game, pretty much a cheats game, with no random factor taken into account, If so well done.

Edit: Damn another "last thing" do npc's gain fresh randomized decks or just the same thirty card decks, in which case do they put the bid in or you? Or is it counter bid till passes?
Making it an easy way to just small bid, count, fold the game, then tailor your deck to maximise win potential?
