I know one thing for sure: if i don't have the product fixed as far as tomorrow, i will go to the consumer protection office and denounce MS and Bethesda for have taken my money and without knowing even when will i get what i've paid for, and I have paid for Dawnguard (full content) but i don't have it (it's fully malfunctional). It's as simple as this, there's no more. It's enough for a Court to begin a process.
yhea this is a good idea i think i will go to denunce them too cause i'm really tired to post here cause it's usless, words frist then the fact bugthesda

It's the best we can do, if we don't act, just posting here won't solve anything. Less talk and more action is what they need. Then i'll be waiting when they say to the Court: "Well we have the money, yes, but we are working on fixing the bugs but don't know when will the content be ready" "MS: hey, it's Bethesda's fault" Bethesda: no, no !!! it's MS's fault!!!" I really know that it's not my fault, so they will see what they do, but i will retrieve my money at least for sure ...

No patch today, my love has gone away

The DLC stands forlorn, a symbol of the dawn

No patch today, it seems a common sight

But people passing by don't know the reason why

I get the felling no more than 2 people are working on it. There are many projets going on in Bethesda. Maybe the presure reassing some more workers from A to the fixing proccess...

They have no grounds for a suit anyway, a lawyer or solicitor would laugh them out of the office. You cant sue someone for money just because you want to. The only thing they are legally entitled to is a refund or a replacement under EU law. They need to take that up with Microsoft because thats who they bought the points from and used to gain access to the DLC content.

I know, of course. But as said before a pettion is not needed. We have the rigth to demmand legal acctions against this. I'm making contact with Consumer Defence (However it's said) with my Spanish pals for tomorrow.

Yep I know that as well, but i didn't want to bother them with these informations for I doubt they would understand that, it seems to me like they still think we live in a world where you get everything you want if you just scream loud enough.just like it gets teached in modern schools(at least in germany)...heres the news guys, life isn't fair get used to it.

And exactly what kind of "legal Action" do you think you can access? You simply cant sue someone for oodles of cash. If you want a refund speak to Microsoft, THEY took your money for the MS points. Its it they who are responsible for any such refund, which is all you are entitled to under EU law.

And this is true enough. The ones getting the money are Microsoft. The last ones that haven't checked the content before uploading it are them. They claim to have some very thorought testing proccess before uploading anything to XBOX Live. Guess not this time.

Umm, Consumer Defense...until you get an appointment with those guys, the fixed DLC is up, I am absolutely sure. They have
waitinglists for people with real problems.

I apologize if i sound rude but i am afraid a 20 € issue is not really on their top lists.

I want my money back. Nothing more. Paid for something broken. I want a refund. I never said Bethesda is the one to blame. I don't care really. They've done some crappy work on the testing probably. And they are taking their time with the fixing. Its them lossing custommers. Not me. By the way. I am pretty shure the screwing comes from microsoft...
