ok guys late news... it seems bethesda finished the patch and now its up to microsoft. Info via a tweet edited today at gamesas. Microsft have to validate it, upload date is unknown. tweet from gamesas at 1.00am europe

That means that the patch will release maybe today or monday...but not on the weekend
