ok....so apparently...the patch is ready and we just have to wait than microsoft certified it..and they release it maybe today ...YOUHOUU..THAT'S GOOD NEWS...

Well...wait...wait...hummm...if i remenber godd..they already say them thing that's last 3 days...

Ok..so still no good news...
Incorrect. 3 days ago Bethesda started working on the fix. Yesterday, Bethesda finished the fix and passed it to Microsoft for certification, so we're just 1 day after handling.

stop acting like kids microsoft is not the problem. If bethesda really tested their games this would not happened. Forums are already too busy of 12yo people insulting everyone, i dont think this is a good option to migrate at microsoft.
try to make something useful by calling bethesda's support everyhour if you have to but always stay polite and cool.

I think that in some place there's the possibility to have a refund. The purchase we made was fault, so as customers we have the right to have the microsoft points back. The problem is, where to find a support page to ask for that? I think that Microsoft XBox Live is the one that had to refund, but I'm not an expert. Maybe someone else in the forum knows how to do that.

If Bethesda is fixing the problem, then we don't have the right for a refund, so we don't have the right because they are going to fix it - 'nuff said, thats all you have to know.

to do that you must level up your speech to 100, after that maybe you could intimidate microsft and get your points back.. who knows.
