My question is:

I have the game as well. I am experiencing a minor graphical bug (I think) where when I pick up an item the text that says item added is too far too the left so gets partially cut off.
For instance, when I pick up a purple mountain flower, it says: ple mountain flower added.
It is the same on all the settings my tv has for arranging the screen.

Are you experiencing this as well?
If not, any idea what I can do to fix it?

Edit: fixed it, I needed to change the settings of my xbox, not my tv

There have been a lot of conversation that lockpicking and pickpocketig wouldn't be necessary if you have high skill level. After playing, do you think that is right or wrong?

For lockpicking maybe. Pickpocketing i think its very beneficial to get perks for it.

Can you get married without owning a house?
Yes, you can move into their house, and if you buy a house you can then move there and move back at any time.

You answered this question earlier. I'd like to ask, if you move into her house, is it now your house? As in you can store things and upgrade?

im not sure exactly. It still only says her name on the door and i cant upgrade, nor did i get the achievement for it. So i didnt store anything there for fear!

One question: given that Nords have 50% frost resistance and Skyrim is mainly populated by Nords, do you think frost-based spells are a good choice or do they feel underpowered?

Frost spells are my favorite so far, but Lisghning magic is good to especially with all the magic users.

I wanted to ask the same question as well, but I realise the OP has already completed the Stormcloak questline so I doubt we'll be getting an answer on this one.

However, I have read that General Tullius does not like the Thalmor but has to tolerate them due to orders.

Well, if you can gain rank within the Stormcloak rebellion, I'm sure the system is mirrored within the Legion. So OP, can you gain rank in the civil war system?

Wait back to the marriage question - all you do is walk up to some random gal and there's a dialogue choice for getting married? No first date?? (just kidding) but seriously, no engagement ring or anything? What about wedding ceremony? Or is it like modern times where you can file a tax return or file documents at a courthouse(obviously not those specific things but is marriage superficial?)?

My only question has to do with Marriage and NPC reaction to you killing their friends and family.

If my prospective spouse is married, refuses to marry me because of this and I off her husband while in stealth does she automatically know it was me who did it? or any NPC for that matter?

A: some are gained through quests, dungeons and outside areas
