I have been thinking of just additem for the BitterAloe, will I break something if I do that?
Could be, you'd miss a journal entry.

Man I am soooo bad at these things

Could you please provide some hints for the Lee Lines quest? I've spoken to everybody in Pell's Gate but can't figure out where to go from there. My journal only says to talk to everybody in Pell's Gate and I've done that already - twice. I tried looking in a couple of other "desolate" inns, but nadda. I need more clues than this, I'm afraid.
The desolated Inn is the Inn of Ill Omen. Once you enter it a quest marker should point towards a letter in the Inn. It's on a table. Combining what you read in that letter with the previous journal entries should make it clear which dungeon this is about. The moment you enter the right cave you'll get a pop up to confirm that you're in the right one.
5. The quest does not break even when NPC's are dead...
There are so many vanilla NPCs used it would take tons of hours to implement something to keep track of everything. It would also be pretty difficult to detect. Unless I'd add a script to 90% of the vanilla NPCs that closes relevant quests when they die.

1. I went to David Surrili to get the wine - he was dead.
I forgot that he can get killed in Glarthir's quest, maybe we should use his brother instead.
I'll add David Surilie and the shepherd to the NPC fix list, they weren't on it.
