Layout of perk trees #2

This is the third time asking this. Chart says sneak has 13 perks, but other sites are reporting 14 perks. Which is it?

The last two in the wikia are the same: crouch to vanish or wait for it... vanish..

Guys, the wiki and quakecon videos are probably out of date, most likely some perks where removed during development, since this info is new its probably the most accuret.

The two are worded differently on the UESP. The site usually has a lot of oversight and most falsehoods are edited out rather quickly. I just wanted to make sure.

The wording is different because one reviewer thought it was a cool perk and said in his own words "vanish..." and the other is actually the description from the game "crouch..:"

Are you sure these are correct? I just checked the Quakcon video and Block has Riposte (between elemental prot. and deflect arrows) and it's not in your perk list.
These are not mine, the original thread was over the 200 post limit so I created a new one. The original poster got these from reddit.

These are from the retail game, Quakecon was a alpha/beta build.

Do the One-Hand perks no longer exclude daggers?

If so, the DW speed perk + Attack speed dragon shout + 2 enchanted daggers = blender

Do we know how effects stack? For instance: suppose I'm playing a Redguard. A Redguard already has 50% resistance to poisons. Also suppose I get the Snakeblood perk in Alchemy. This grants 50% resistance to poisons. Will my character have 100% resistance to poisons?

By Oblivion math, yes.

For the ?billionth? time. Daggers are not included to the one hand perks. The dagger perk resides atop the stealth tree

It's still confusing. They may not be affected by the damage perks, but shouldn't the dual-wield perks and the power attack perks still work with daggers?

He was checking to see if it changed since an exclusion is not mentioned in the latest batch of perk descriptions. Previously armsman specified it did not work with it and I suspect it still doesn't work with daggers, obviously the weapon specific perks don't apply, but I suspect the power attack and dual weapon perks do work with daggers.

Oh I assume yes the dual wield perks will work. I highly highly doubt the power attacks will work with daggers. Dagger decapitate? don't think so

So If one is determined to dual-wield daggers climbing the one hand perk tree to the dual wield perks would be the best bet.

At first we all thought daggers were sneak only..

I think that in the quakecon demo they are also included in one-handed..

Seems they changed their minds about it a bit and we can't be sure until we see the game..

Daggers are not in one handed, they are in stealth, as has been stated numerous times already.

Well, I'm going to try getting them anyway. I intend to get every perk in one-handed except for the ones that specify axes, maces and swords. Once I get the game, if the description for the perks or the strategy guide mentions that those other perks aren't applicable to daggers, then I guess I'll have to change my build, but we'll see.

I-NO-RITE?

I am done correcting the mistakes over them though, a simple thread search should give anyone with questions an answer.

It's not as simple as that. The weapons themselves fall under one-handed. Increasing your one-handed skill will in all likelihood boost dagger damage. It makes sense that some of the perks in one-handed would be applicable to daggers.

"Dual Flurry 1 30 One-handed, Armsman Dual wielding attacks are 20% faster."

So this will not effect me if I am DW'ing Daggers? I'm just curious, you never know.

I'm asking because the perks no longer say "except for dagger" like they used to. So i'm wondering if this is error or if it was changed.
