Yep. I have my fingers crossed that they don't go too wild with it and turn it into another fast-paced Lesson Zero joke fest. I don't think Pinkie Pie has been as funny this season so far, some of her jokes have been too forced.

On rewatching the series, I think I figured out one of the things that bothered me about some of the early Season 2 episodes, that made them feel too fast-paced. The background music doesn't fit the scenes as well, and stands out too much. That might just be me.

No way, I think she's even better this season. Especially in Hearth's Warming Eve.

One thing I've noticed throughout the whole series that bugs me is the over use of dramatic sound effects, and characters zipping away really fast. Those things are slightly annoying.

Now there's a thought! A CELESTIA episode(or luna, but she's already had an episode, Celestia needs her own, prefferably a 'tragic' episode).

Eh. Celestia doesn't strike me as tragic. Only the fan depictions of her are that. Luna's back, what's there to be tragic about now?

But hey, I'm all for a Celestia/Luna episode. That's 22 minutes for the awesome voices of Nicole Oliver and Tabitha St. Germain to massage my ear.

Ok, well not like a Greek tragedy! How about an episode about Celestia's past that isn't all sunshine and flowers. Just a sort of 'sad' episode. I always think rulers had to go through some hard stuff to become the people they are, and Celestia is no different.

I'd rather it be a day-to-day episode or a day with the two sisters doing something together, instead of tragic past. There's waaaaaaaay too much in the fanon as is. [censored], at times, if I had the artistic skill, I'd just purposely make EXTREMELY depressing comics for the lulz, as some of the fanon just had a giant thing with depressing and/or sad stories/pasts.

That would be interesting seeing a day by day experience for Celestia and Luna where we see what happens. However the story would need to evolve to what would be acceptable by fans out there. Going into Celestia's past talking about what she had to experience imprisoning her sister for what may have seemed like forever might be good. Maybe seeing an event where Luna and Celestia recover what they once lost playing in the sky while Celestia forgets her duties for a bit.

Would be quite interesting to see a role reversal where Celestia sends a letter to Twilight talking about what she "rediscovered" about her friendship with her sister. Have Twilight perplexed at the end wondering "what just happened" with her seeing Celestia + Luna at her doorstep freaking out as a practical joke.

Kind of wandered around at the local target today and found that they had a "tiny" section for MLPFIM. Weirdest thing I saw was this box that had the 3 CMCs and Cheerilee in it....kind of creepy.
