MAXED OUT PC SCREENSHOTS in three hours

Post » Tue May 08, 2012 10:27 am

I was asking myself the same. I got the game, but Steam won't let me install it unless using pre-download.
Make sure that when you go to install it from the disc that you are completely exited out of steam. Then run it from the disc and you should be fine.

That won't work because you have to install it through Steam. If Steam's not launched already then it will launch it. The files have to be decrypted and activated before he can play.

Well what I suggested is simply a fix that will allow for the game to be preloaded from the disc instead of download. You still can't play it until it unlocks, obviously.

Plans to get monster-rig recently went to Oblivion, so I'll be playing on laptop instead
Still it will be medium-high or even high settings for me :)

Can't wait to see the pics! My 30" monitor is 2560x1600 and I'll be curious to see if I can run it maxed out at that resolution as I can for every other game I've tried so far.
30" Apple Cinema Display? Me too if so.
Overkill.
Um, I wouldn't say so. http://i.imgur.com/CbQb9.jpg

1600p changes everything, not just gaming.

I'll have to join in the fun when able.

Maybe people with multi-GPU setups could confirm if SLI and Crossfire works straight from the start?

Not rich enough for those sweet Apple displays lol. Mine is the HP ZR30w and it's gorgeous. That pic looks like Morrowind unless I'm mistaken. Looks great.

Nor am I, really, but managed to find a used one in good shape for the right price. The pic is in the Shivering Isles though, 'round Passwall in the Fringe.
