Nor am I, really, but managed to find a used one in good shape for the right price. The pic is in the Shivering Isles though, 'round Passwall in the Fringe.

screw screen shots. upload videos of the outside of the tutorial dungeon to youtube.
it wont be spoilers since it's the same environment we've seen before and it will reflect if there's a difference to the consoles version.

screen shots won't do that much justice to the PC quality, if it's improved.

what WE care about is if the PC version looks better besides higher res display and higher AF and AA and maybe seeing the outdoors environment in motion will reflect differences in draw ddistance of objects and shadows.

im not saying "dont post screen shots", but please, add a video at 720p if u can.

i still bet that the difference between the PC version and the console's version is going to be nearly invisible.
i so want to be wrong, but i dont think i will.

Sorry... but it's going to be torture tearing myself away from this game for just the 2 minutes to upload hi-res pics.... There is no way I am going to be [censored] around making fraps videos and uploading vids when I can be playing Skyrim.

I will perhaps tomorrow morning (which makes it in the AFTERNOON for Americans on the 10th)..... But definitely not tonight. I will be playing the game. Your request is quite unreasonable sir!

hey lads, i need some advice, i've already pre-ordered my ps3 version of skyrim, never actually thought i'd be able to play in on my rig since its about a year old, based on my specs, do you think i have a decent chance then?

Quad core, 2.8ghz, 3 gb ram(because of vista's limit), Nvidia GT 260?

would appreciate the advice greatly, if i could play it on both, it'd be great, maybe with some luck i can get my gf into the game as well..

You'll play something between medium and high. Maybe Very High with some tweaking.

You'll be able to play High settings. Get PC for the mods.

We only pay twice as much because the American dollar flopped. A few years ago, we were paying the equal amount. Most Australian retail has reflected that our two currencies are now in parity, but for some bizarre reason video games don't.

So .... logistically... No... I am not paying twice as much. I am paying the exact same amount I always have. It's just that the American dollar has crashed and burned and is now HALF the value it used to be for Australia, which makes it seem like we pay double.
