Probably not what your looking for but I made a stab at a balance mod before deciding to stop working on it because it was just a project until FWE was released or I found something else I liked anyway. Balancing a gameplay overhaul is not my idea of fun and to much work and I have other mod's I'd rather spend my time on etc. etc. (so essentially :effort:).

I actually made it and haven't actually started my second playthrough yet so I haven't even played with it; balance is probably off but maybe you'd like it or want to tweak it whatever.

Same here, I have my own personal balance mod which sets things up the way that I want (and if others like it, bully for them). I leave the real heavy lifting to Arwen and the FWE folks.
