Is their a mod that adds holsters for pistols and rifles?

Also, is their a mod that allows you to show a second weapon on your person? e.g. rifle on back, knife on waist.

yeah i have that. if i remember correctly though it was just one mod that made you use up AP for many actions.since i dont use vats I only use up AP for bullet time and sprint and its not useful enough as is

My 9mm pistol scope has no crosshair. Is that normal?

I'm looking for a really specific mod.. its for my new character and well.. it just wouldn't be right if she wasn't wearing it..

So I'm looking for a coat. A black coat. One that's long, covers both arms (I.E. Not rolled up) and either can be worn over other clothing or has some other clothing with it that doesn't make it look horrendous.

And the chance of someone actually knowing one off hand? 1% is what I'm guessing.

is there a mod that doesn't pause the game while you're in the pipboy menu ... meaning that the combat will continue while you're browsing for a new weapon

A couple mods I'm looking for:

Something for easier control of multiple companions since I'm using the infinite companions mod, and it's very annoying sometimes to go through all of them and tell them to wait. something like: numpad 7 tells all companions wait, numpad 8 tells them to follow, numpad 4 tells them to use melee, numpad 5 tells them to use ranged, etc. ... It'd be even better there was a mod where you can make your companions go into a sort of stealth mode where they're not there, but the game thinks they are there, and if they would ever have anything to say to you they'd pop up out of nowhere say what they have to say and then go back to not really being there. The whole reason I got the infinite companion mod was that I was annoyed about talking to the the first recon guys about Bitter Springs, and such all the while thinking: "damn! I should have Boone with me, I bet he'd have something to say."

Something that makes it where when your weapons are taken away in casinos and such you don't have to re-do your hotkeys again when you get them back.

What about something like a fellow hireable courier, or pack brahmin. Someone/Something to follow you around that can carry like 300-500 pounds, doesn't attack, or cause any kind of hostility (ie: stealthy), and you can like tell them to drop off what they're carrying at a town, or at your house and then come back to you. I'm kind of a pack-rat/megalomaniac and one of the main things that bothers me about fallout 3 and New Vegas is the low carrying capacity.

Can't think of much else at the moment.

There is a mod which isolated the mesh of the coat for Ranger Combat Armour; and there is plenty of black texture for it

And to think, I actually skimmed it over first time around and thought it included the rest of the clothing.

Thanks for reminding me of this again. Second looks always seem to be better for me than first looks.

Has anyone ported or remade the Mutent Animations mod for NV? Or would the F3 version work with NV.... Cause I really wanna give Marcus a plasma Caster so he doesn't ripp me to shreds with a minigun!

Is there a mod that completely turns off experience awards for kills made by companions?

Also, what would be the best nvde replacer options out there with 'best' being defined as most seamlessly compatible with vanilla clothing. In Fallout 3 I had one that looked really good when a character was actually nvde, but when wearing certain clothes (like the female lab coat) she looked like she had huge bloody gashes in her legs.
