or attempted on going back to a part of Northern Vvardenfell or somewhere in Blacklight to make a decent settlement. It is 200 years later

thats true, but the towns/cities won't have just been abandoned, a lot of people would have stayed for various reasons.

Soon 19 15 15 13

someone put that in military time please?

Ahh, it already is.

19 = 7
15 = 3
15 = 3
13 = 1

"Soon", well, that's "woman speak" for...."whenever" which could be last week, today, 15 minutes ago, tomorrow, next month or never.

*Edit*

I see I was beaten to the military time thing. Next time, put the, ":" in it or just put tje four number together.

Ie: 1915 or 1513.

Can't wait for my X-bows. I will publish any info I can concerning their possible advantages when they are released-assuming with good probability that they have advantages/disadvantages.

Can think of one right off the top of my head- No use for ranger perk (which is basically the only reason to go right side) Since there is no tension on the part of the archer for holding the bolt. (full speed weapon ready)

Udey- stout defender of the limited excellence that can be a crossbow.

You may be right on that since the Red Year may of shifted the climate in a funky way so it is like ash storms every second.

I have an Idea! presumably they want hype and for us to speculate, so if we do the opposite and all just get up and leave they'll have no choice but to post it!

Flawless!

that and it seems that in the ES universe it seems like way too much effort and a risk for people to just up and leave to somewhere like that.

Maybe it is about how the Falmers were driven from Skyrim of Ysgramor and his 500 Companions in Merethic era, only to be enslaved by the Dwemer-people? Night of Tears anyone? If they put a greater focus on Ysgramor so we get to hopefully get some type of contact with Hermaeus Mora. He had to actually sit in on a corner in Skyrim. Perhaps we will even visit the Apocrypha? * wishful thinking *

The Snow Prince will get some type of role, perhaps we re-visit his crypt Jolgeirr Barrow in Solstheim? If this is correct, then we might almost believe that the spear is coming back. If you know what I mean? Also Solstheim would be perfect for DLC. It is an island, and has virtually the same climate as Skyrim. Now, we havealready been there, but I would not mind to wander in the forests around The Plains of Isinfier, Hirstaang Forest and Moesring Mountains, again.

Another (a bit boring) theory could well be that we will bury us deeper into the Black Reach. However, I hope the above.
