[censored]ing about $5 and splitting hairs with acreage is pretty weak.

Bethesda can have all MY game dollars.

Yeah right. Dawnguard was overpriced IMO. $5 seems just where this should be, not more.

Five bucks seems fair to me. I've been wanting something like this for a while.

It just wouldn't be a video game community without the chronic whiners, now would it? :P

CD Projekt? Rockstar? Even Obsidian since they made Fallout New Vegas <--- Are these people lazy?

I know Obsidian probably to be one of the most worked developers.. It may not be seen inside Vanilla Fallout New Vegas but look at Moburma's uncut series.. They add content cut from the normal game.. There is a lot and at least it can be seen that they tried..

Eh, I'd pay $5 for an in-game house that had enough storage for my needs and didn't look like crap. This is ideal, I get all the storage I need and I get to decide how it looks.

I didn't say any of those devs are lazy. I love Rockstar, they're my second favorite devs. I love New Vegas. In fact, I like New Vegas more than Fallout 3. I do think Rockstar lost touch with their fanbase after San Andreas though unfortunately. Even so, GTA V is my most anticipated game for the rest of this generation.

What makes you think it "should have been" in vanilla? They provided us with houses to buy and furnishings to buy. Did not being able to build it yourself break your game?

 I can't get a subway foot long for $10 much less two of them. Around here one will cost you $12 for sure. 6" for $6. Big Mac at McDonalds is almost $6. And they are all gone so quickly. Nope, I'm having top ramen noodles and a $5 DLC for my money and I should get a couple of nickles back from that deal.

Each to their own and different strokes for different folks and all that stuff.

Poor Lady.

Round here, Mcdonalds fry 2$ Man those are tasty
1$ For a Drink
$1 For a Ham/Cheese Burger
$2 For a Big Mac

My McDonald's has a dollar menu, which the fries are on. Great snack for a Skyrim binge.

If Dawnguard was $5 and Hearthfire was $5, it might be a tough choice for me. No, it wouldn't, actually. I'm an RPer, and I'll take the house, complete with beehives, fish hatchery, and younglings.

But Dawnguard is more, I'm sure. And rightly so, because I'm sure it was more time-consuming to produce. Hearthfire is a small DLC, designed not to add quests, but to deepen the RPing experience. It's not everyone's cup of tea, but I'm looking forward to it.

I've bought the game twice + the collector's edition box + the game guide + Dawnguard and soon: Hearthfire.
And I still feel like I'm taking advantage of Bethesda considering all these hours of fun I had...
I really appreciate it that they make it so cheap.
There are so many MMO's that you have to pay a considerable monthly fee for and that are not half as good as Skyrim and all this extra content!
So thank you Bethesda!

I think £5 is a reasonable and fair price to pay for the new DLC. It might not add much but at least it's something worth while. Most £5 DLC are only things lkike an extra weapon or character. Where as Hearthfire seems like something that will last hours.
