In some parts of the world it's totally acceptable to marry your sister.

On topic: OH GOD. So, let's see.... I could A ) Download the 1.8 beta patch and check these files for myself, thus breaking half of my mods that have yet to be updated, or B ) Actually be able to play Skyrim.

C ) Download the Beta patch, check it and go out of Beta program after which Steam will uninstall it.

If you decide you don’t want to run the Beta anymore, redo steps 1 – 4. At the drop down, select NONE – Opt out of all beta programs. Let Steam restart, and Skyrim will automatically update itself back to the latest released version.

I didn't try this, but I accidentally got into Steam Beta, got out and Steam downgraded back.
So it probably works

MagicMountedBehavior.hkx -- I think that may already be in game, someone test it. Try casting a spell while on horseback.

Did anyone test this? Would be nice if they finally added magic from horseback...

Let's say this is true. That area is going to have to be far larger than what Skyrim is. One of the mods here did an experiment. He did a levitation CC and he set the running speed to the same speed the dragons fly at. It took him about 30 seconds to get across Skyrim length wise. So this DLC is going to have to be the same size as San Andreas and the dragons would have to fly a little faster than the Dodo plane.

San Andreas map was frigging ridiculous.
