Time for some spoilers form the latest beta.

Just now I realized... there is no map marker for the Skaal Village :-O
Why am I having a feeling that Telvanni Tower, faction that would stay away from other Dunmer who are in the south, will be there...

Sounds cool!

I have no idea how to open the update.bsa file myself, but I checked the Translate_ENGLISH.txt file and can confirm that OP isn't full of it!

I loved the Telvanni towers in Morrowind, it'd be nice to see how they're doing in their new tower on Solstheim (a shame about the lack of Levitation right now, though!).

That would be cool. Thu'um perk tree maybe?

That would be welcome, many shouts are pointlesly weak late game.

Maybe they are in hiding? It sounds plausible: Dragonborn comes to restore Skaal power like the Nerevarine did in Bloodmoon, but then drive the Dunmer out (Poor s'wits! :teehee:)

No Charlie no!!! I hope this is not true, at least the dragon stuff part, we don't need anymore dragon content the whole main quest was about that, plus why would a dragon let a mortal ride it, when they see them as inferior? And the name sounds pretty lame, I mean really Dragonborn... If this is true I at least they add FREAKING WEREBEARS!!!!!!!!! Maybe the Skaal are werebears now.
I'm not too keen on the dragon riding, in fact it would make more sense if you could only ride Odahviing. But the lack of werebears makes me a sad panda. :(

Dragon riding or becoming a dragon could be done by placing all fights and flights in a skybox all you will see is clouds and blue skys you would be well above the ground over the clouds themselves so you wouldnt be able to see anything on ground everything would be done in the skys of skyrim.im not sure if this would help or not maybe a modder could test this out.

Perhaps you have to ride a dragon to get to Solstheim for some reason, maybe it's just scripted. :twirl:

As far as things being labeled DLC02, I think everything in Hearthfire was labeled BYOH and not with a DLC number so this makes sense.

Mind you that the Nerevearine was also a Dragonborn and thus was likely Nerevar... and we all know how Nerevar ended the Nordic occupation of Morrowind. A Dragonborn does what he wants.
But I expect that the Dragonborn will have to chose between the Skaal and Dunmer. As I said, TES5 loves conflicts.

I wouldn't mind that. Maybe to get there, you can call odahviing. I hope its in real time if this is true.

Rather go by boat myself. And wear a pirate hat.

You bring up a good point, I wonder what these new creatures are as well. Not like it matters anyway as I play on PS3, but I can still hope.

Except http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Lore:Scrib#Scrib and http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Morrowind:Netch#Netch, those we saw in Morrowind

That or taking a boat over to it. It is after all an island. So it's not connected to the mainland.

We've known the name for quite some time via the TM database. The name "Dragonborn" was registered as downloadable software for Skyrim. I'm skepticle, but I also think the OP is probably correct in his info.

A moving boat? That'd be cool too, but come on. Dragon! Sky! Fly! Awesome. Maybe a boat for those who have not completed their main quest playthrough yet.

No he was not, IIRC. You may be thinking of the prophecy that says "Dragon-Born" but not "Dragonborn". I believe those are two different things or something the devs left in the abyss of the fandom.
