Wish Werewolves could sneak

Post » Sun Nov 18, 2012 1:17 am

here is the youtube video with the old sounds first and the new sounds second.

And I just realized I only always get the one kill cam of the werewolf jumping on the enemy and ripping them apart with claws. Looks like there are bitting ones as well as a decap and throw one. weird...
That's pretty sweet I wish I could afford a new PC I love mods.

Carrots you really need to play Skyrim on the PC just for the werewolf mods.

I installed one that changes werewolf sounds to terrifying ones. They howl when they transform. growl and what not when they feed. Just awesome. Been terrorizing bandit and forsworn camps since Dawnguard came out. Gotta get those perks mastered haha. Sadly camps don't respawn fast enough. And you could also use the mods that allows werewolves to interact with doors and levers so fortress clearing is way easier then getting stuck in one room.

And my werewolf absolutely owns AI controlled vampires including the oldest vampire lord known.

Nice, there's another werewolf sound mod ( I forget the name and cannot seem to find it ?! ) that changes the sounds made when you change. It changes from the peaceful sounds we have now to a very gory and painful sounding animation, your character( for w&v  ) screams in agony as you transform and you can hear all your bones breaking while they reposition, muscles and skin ripping to accommodate your larger size etc...etc... It was a nice mod for werewolves, it made transforming into the agonizing experience it's supposed to be. I am seriously thinking about saving for a gaming PC, between the awesome mods out there and you folks over in the screen shot boards I'm really starting to become envious.

was it on Nexus for that one?

Sounds familer like maybe its bundled with a re-vamp(no pun intended) of the werewolf. I'll have to look later.

Maybe next gen. Maybe next gen. People say there are rumors that next gen consoles could support limited modding.

Now come to think of it, it may just be part of the Tales of Lycanthropy mod. Which is a must have for any PC werewolves, it adds a fair bit of stuff along with making a better werewolf IMO

edit :
Oh and there's a new Vampire version as well now that Dawnguard is out on PC, it pretty much gives the vampires an overhaul just like what Tales of Lycanthropy does for werewolves.

Aren't werewolves just mindless, bloodthirsty, savage beasts? I don't really see them sneaking.

Tell that to my party of hunters back in Solstheim when we were doing the Ristaag. Damn wolves slaughter the 2 side companions and disappear without a trace. Pretty sneaky to me...
