Probably forever. I know that on previous playthroughs I've done this and it can actually make the game crash. Once in FO3, I filled my house with looted gear. It piled all the way up to over the second floor. Every time I entered the house, the physics engine would kick in and it would take about 5 minutes for all the gear to settle back into place. Chunk, Chunk, Chunk, Chunk, Chunk, Chunk, Chunk, Chunk, Chunk. After a while the only way I could enter the house was with collision disabled. I would float up to the second floor, drop the next stash of loot from my inventory, it would stay in the air in a circle around my character and when I reenabled collision, it would cascade to down onto the pile with a thundering crash. Good times. Good times.
This reminds me, it's probably been mentioned before, but as well as new weapons, mods, armors and ammo recipes, I hope we get a new house to live in. I really liked the ability to *relocate* to a new home if I wanted to.
-Gunny out.
This whole post makes no sense what so ever.
The lucky 38 is a massive storage warehouse there are containers that don't respawn all over the lucky 38 on every floor.
I use the presidential suit for guns, armor, specialized suits, books, Misc items.
I use the lounge for energy weapons, ammo and tanned hides and some other money type items
I use houses floor for clothing, hats, glasses and some other items.
Why would you just drop [censored] without putting it away?
Now if you are displaying items that is a different story but still your post makes no sense because I have many many many teddy bears in the tops suit that are parting and I have experienced nothing like what you claim to be experiencing.
could you clarify please
