Hahahah, yeah, but the thing is, unless I am threatening them or being belligerent, they won't hang up on me. I once got a 300 dollar credit on my verizon account because i stayed on the phone for 3 hours and climbed their corporate ladder, rustling enough jimmies.

Gamestop will be no different. Lets hope it doesn't come to that, I would rather being playing dawnguard. But if I have nothing to preoccupy myself, I might just have to drop them a line!

I already bought the DLC off the marketplace even though I had it preordered at gamestop. They better give me my money back when I go down to the store today. If they even try to pull that "You already bought it, you can't get your money back" BS, I'll just use the good ol' suing method.

Just make the point that you could effectively 'pre-order' the DLC by buying points in advance.
It's not like a digital download will run out of copies. It does seem like a pretty shady business move to me...

None of my reservations show up there (Dawnguard, Assassin's Creed III or Halo 4). However, they do show up under 'card actvity' in 'my account'

Can anyone answer yuhans question as to how pre-ordering a digital download works? Im still proper confused by this, surely having the points sat in your account would be 'pre-ordering' as you've still paid up front...

Well no code yet. Now I have to leave the country. Hopefully I'll be able to download Dawnguard outside of the U.S. Otherwise, I'll be left without it for over a month. Good luck to all!
