Yeah lads, lesson taught. Feck gamestop, they're ruddy useless.
At the most, they want to pawn off their mags, and harass you into buying crap that's near enough worthless.

The chick on the phone just swore up and down they wouldn't be sending out the dlc codes for another 2 hours.... 10am CST she told me. This is crap.

Dawnguard doesn't even show up in my damn locker. Just a old Gold Code i have redeemed. But i have my receipt right here stating that Its reserved on my account. And it says I have Dawnguard reserved on my powerup rewards account. But god help me, its not in my locker.

My order history at Gamestop.com had no record of me buying this DLC yesterday at the store.

What I had to do was log into my poweruprewards.com account, find it under my Dashboard, move it to my "Games I Have".

That's when I was able to see the code under my Locker.

They sure didn't make this easy.

Wow. So they contact customers with one time, and then change it with no notice whatsoever?

Even though they doubtless reserve the right to act as such, it's very very poor service indeed.

I just pinged someone at GameStop -- here's the info I got.

Customers who paid in full prior to launch are required to have a PowerUp Rewards account. Log in from the main page at PowerUpRewards.com, then navigate to "My Game Library" => "My Digital Locker". The code will be displayed in the Digital Locker.

If a customer just paid a pre-order deposit, they will need to return to the store to pay the balance and pick up their code. If there is any confusion as to which method was used, or if the code is not visible in the Digital Locker, customers should first call their store to check if the purchase was a full pre-pay, or a reservation deposit.

at least your reward account acknowledges that you reserved it. For some reason my reservations aren't showing up on my reward account. I just hope that by 10am cst that I get the code. And It was the power reward points and the Assurance that the code would be availble by the time that dawnguard was out from the employee that got me. Next time I'll just tell them that I would rather get the points because their codes don't get released to us until hours after the DLC is released and I could have just bought it off live then with points instead of waiting for their code.

Hahahah, yeah, but the thing is, unless I am threatening them or being belligerent, they won't hang up on me. I once got a 300 dollar credit on my verizon account because i stayed on the phone for 3 hours and climbed their corporate ladder, rustling enough jimmies.

Gamestop will be no different. Lets hope it doesn't come to that, I would rather being playing dawnguard. But if I have nothing to preoccupy myself, I might just have to drop them a line!

Haha. I woulda hung up on you after 30 mins :P

jk. I let people talk it out. I don't care if I talk to 1 person for 3 hours or 3 people for 1 hr each, etc.

That's different than my receipt. Mine does not have my name nor phone number but it does have my account number.
You do have a poweruprewards.com account set up for that account number right?

Had to call my store to finally get my code, they were supposed to give me a second receipt with the pending code on it. I recommend if others are having issues, to call their stores and find out whats up. The guy just gave me my code over the phone, downloading this [censored] as we speak.

My store doesn't open til 10am pst, So I might have better luck just waiting for 10am cst time and contacting their customer serivice again. Will give them a call and see if anyone is there this early thought.

i preordered as well, my store didnt open till 10 and now i have to drive to go get my code cause they wont do it over the phone... ugh i should of downloaded from XBL
