I know it was stupid, but does anyone know when the email DLCs? Here I am at 5:00 central realizing I probably won't get an email. I leave the country in a few hours. Great.

I got it too. and Now im sitting here, no code, no email. I am getting upset. Supposedly the codes are being emailed between 5am-7am EST. I guess i gotta wait another 45 minutes... Atleast thats what i've heard on Yahoo answers.

Instead of taking it out on the poor underpaid sod who works instore, I recommend you contact their head office. I work in retail, and trust me, that is by far and away the most effective way of making your rage have an effect.

I agree fullheartedly. Its not the minimum wage earning employees fault. Its the corporate office's fault.

I learned this long ago, thankfully. Although, xbox live, too, has been known to sham people with connection/error issues with new content. Glad I chose to just wait for it on XBL this time.

I have no idea, yet I still did. I feel like they warped my mind into buying it. I was there buying something else and of course, the employee asked me if I would like to preorder Dawnguard. I asked why. Their response was really confusing, I don't remember it. I still bought it. Shame on me I guess

I guarantee you will be told to contact head office or fill in a complaint form. You will also be marked forever as 'that unreasonable grumpy git'

I already bought the DLC off the marketplace even though I had it preordered at gamestop. They better give me my money back when I go down to the store today. If they even try to pull that "You already bought it, you can't get your money back" BS, I'll just use the good ol' suing method.
