So to focus on destruction and conjuration levelling equally with the world, without using echanting, should I refrain from opening locks and selling things to prevent skill increses in lockpicking and talking?

What clothing do you use for enchanting? I would like to have something like the College robes, the ones that are already enchanted, but I can't seem to find anything.

u won't find any. Just wear armor unless u want to stick with the novice robes. And trust me when I say those get old quick.
