Question for the experts only

If you enchant a sword with fire damge, it makes it harder to sneak because it emits a little bit of sound. Quiet casting eliminates that.

.... Nooooooooope.
I dunno where some of this herpderp knowledge originates.

Quiet casting doesn't work on staves, you dont need an expert to tell you that

I know I wince.
Its amazing, its not even my language and I get the phonemes right.

Some variations on spelling do present quite a dilemna though.

I forgot to mention the particular staff I'm wondering about is the Sanguine Rose. And none of my characters have quiet casting now. Don't want to get all the perks if it doesn't work.

Hrmmm.... this one might be a special case since some summons are self targeting. (why casting an attronach spell sometimes fails if you don't beat your own magic absorption level)

It would be nice if someone could try this specific item with quiet casting.
