Do we really need Companions

you cant really say you dislike companions in SK when it isn't out yet, besides, there is a large demographic of people who think companions are fun. if you don't like them don't use them, problem solved.

Maiq once had a companion named Todd, One day Maiq asked Todd to polish his spear, Todd refused, Todd will never see the light of day again.

They were talking about adding a light aim-helper when fighting enemies. I'm assuming you can toggle it on/off and I hope they have friendly fire on/off..

I love having a companion though I must admit in TES3 TES4 & FO3 I mostly used companion mods (either adding new companions, allowing normal NPC's to be used or upgrading default companions)
