Meh, you start of with terrible stuff, you need to join a posse or you wont get far, and everyone shoots you on sight. Also it svcks no trains, seriously it would be awesome oif we ae all on the top of the train with sniper rifles. Also no Lasso WTF!
Single player however is amazing, yet by the end you have little to do, so Dont rush, just do a few missions then challenges, hunt games, etc to make it last.

I killed many people doing this, just keep aiming at the top of the hat, or of you have lvl 3 dead eye use it to target the hat.

Sneak up behind them so they don't see you and you get a clear shot.

Yeah I don't have lvl 3 yet, so any time I target the hat it just goes for the head. The hat flies off alright, but it doesn't count towards sharpshooter 6.

What's a good way to make money and gain Honor. I want to get that Duster (the one you get when you earn "Peacekeeper" status) and some new guns.

You'll eventually get challenged by someone. But there is a way to get challenged by someone on purpose.

Get the elegant suit in Thieves Landing, then cheat at poker, and if you're caught, they'll challenge you to a duel.

When you get lvl 3 Dead Eye, aim for the brim of the hat. (to the side) I usually do when dueling now, and it scares the hell out of them.

Yes! It's too bad you keel over when you fall down though. Usually drunks just get back up, and lean on a table or something to hold their balance. And it would be cool, if they'd added to the more Western Drunk Saloon scene and you could whip out a gun and start shooting or punch some guy in the face....
