I have counted 3 people on this topic who talk about Fallout New Vegas as an example....BETHESDA DID NOT MAKE NEW VEGAS, that was Obsidian. Stop citing New Vegas as an example since it does not apply.

I feel for you guys, truly, but give them time.

Sorry, not returning here. I've experienced few bugs, and nothing I couldn't live with. Just finished the main quest and had a blast - second character will hit Skyrim this weekend.

varadil did you only focus on the main quest? im curious, and how big was your save file?

Honestly I don't know, and I am sure it already feels like ages. The sad part is almost certainly PS3 will get lower priority given the higher number of customers with the Xbox 360. I have a friend that has Skyrim on PS3 and he hasn't had issues, so it is strange that others do (I have it on PC).

I'd expect to see them announcing that they've got a patch figured out within the next week or so (they do need some time to test and implement and re-test) and probably then another few days to push it through Sony's red tape.

And yes, I think that Bethesda should take a hard look at the QA process and see if they can figure out where things have gone wrong here.

I love the game Im just really disappointed that the frame rate issue is now happening to me.

I noticed that before the game came out there was no reviews like it was for 360 or PC.....and no game preview footage on Ps3 either. :flame:

This is because it took them longer to get the PS3 version ready due to porting issues with the engine. This framerate issue is the most obvious result of that - it probably also got less testing than either 360 or PC versions for the same reason.

I did a fair few random quests, but I focused mainly on the main quest, yeah. My hubby is going through Bard's College, random quests and Thieves Guild, and has experienced few bugs as well. There are some, but nothing much. I can't remember the size of my save file, I've saved on multiple ones.

How did they not "Fix Fallout 3 and Oblivion"?? I've played both for xbox 360, PS3 and the PC. a few minor glitches hear and there but that's about it. The games aren't broken. the only one that I can think of that may still have more than usual bugs is New Vegas, but the PC version of that game is fine and 100% working.

My bad, Fallout 3 for the PS3. I think it should have been obvious, however (we're in the PS3 forum after all).

And I'm getting sick and tired of all these posts consisting of "my friend from who-gives-a-**** has the game for PS3 and doesn't have any issues" aren't helping those of us with them. Stop giving gamesas a reason not to deal with this. It's inexcusable and makes look like a troll.
