So, I don't know how it is elsewhere, but I pre-ordered like half a year ago (I'm in Norway). To my big surprise, it came on tuesday. I'm very sorry to say that I haven't been home much, and have only played it for an hour or so. But have more people recieved it yet? I can't find any news about it.

Also, the menus on the ps3 are buggy and slow, and prone to freezing. Often, it takes a couple of seconds of frantic button mashing before the game recognizes that I'm trying to navigate the menus! Have anyone else experienced this?

I live in Norway too. Got it on tuesday. No buggy or slow menus. No freezing. Nothing.

Congrats all, hope you have a swell time. *Mumble grumble mumble*

Seriously though, the only question we want answering is the 360 texture thing, If anyone wants to triple check it for us, it would be appreciated. :D

I am so excited! It doesn't unlock until about 3 more hours but my EB Games Store was handing them out.

I was singing in the car home (speeding) at the top of my lungs "I have Skyrim!"... bwa ha ha ha...

By the way - The preorder map isn't made out of paper... NOR is it made out of cloth.

It's kind of halfway between cloth and paper. It feels strange. ... It's hard to describe. Anyway, don't expect to feel a glorious cloth map. It's definitely not cloth. It's kind of like textured cardboard-ish type stuff... Not sure what to compare it to.

I just played it on the PS3 to the point where I can explore the world freely now.

I am actually not impressed with the graphic quality compare with what I have seen from You Tube Xbox playouts.

My PS3 was brought in 2008, so it's an older version, and it has paused twice so far, once for about 11 seconds, and once just a few seconds.

The control is strange cos I usually play games like this on a PC.

However, the comfort of my living room makes up for it though.
