So, I don't know how it is elsewhere, but I pre-ordered like half a year ago (I'm in Norway). To my big surprise, it came on tuesday. I'm very sorry to say that I haven't been home much, and have only played it for an hour or so. But have more people recieved it yet? I can't find any news about it.

Also, the menus on the ps3 are buggy and slow, and prone to freezing. Often, it takes a couple of seconds of frantic button mashing before the game recognizes that I'm trying to navigate the menus! Have anyone else experienced this?

Good for you, Romeo Longsword! Hopefully, you enjoy it and get the most out of it, but so much for 11/11/11...

A fair few people have gotten theirs in the mail, mine (which was https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fYiSnw9aRe4) arrived this morning (so about 9 hours ago). Stores in some countries (the Netherlands and Australia, to name two) have broken street date, so a lot of people will have bought it by now as well.

I got the game yesterday for the 360, and this far its better than i expected. And i havent even seen a dragon yet.
The attention to detail is stunning.

Furthermore the game feels so big that im almost at a loss for what i should do first. one town and you have a truckload of quests.

Everything seems natural, the architecture the people and the flora.

I love the perk system as well. it lets you define your playstyle alot better imo.

Merged a few threads. Let's use this one to let everyone know if you have received your copy of the game. That way we won't have jeebus knows how many individual threads on the same thing.

Do pre-loaded Steam purchases count? Even if we can't play yet? :P

ahh this is where those threads went lol

anyway, performance wise the ps3? I'm not too worried about graphics..performance on the other hand...is a big deal. From what I've read...lagging, freezing, crashes? Any chance the day 1 patch will fix these issues. Or is it just a spot issue and not overall

Picked up my copy at my local game store on Tuesday, Xbox360 version. Downloaded patch of 3 MB.
Game plays great. I do hope that not too many dragon encounters occurs in cities. Because of the confined spaces, dragon movement in cities is glitchy to say the least.

Apart from that, the game is fantastic.
