special random encounters : Fallout: New Vegas

Since The Strip is the Caesar's Legion's base, action is involved. The Vertibird is surrounded by members of the Caesar's Legion in gold armor and they armed with AK-47s. "Put down your weapon!" One of them says to Elvis. Elvis refuses and shoots down some of them with the Minigun he has. He takes the pistol from the dead pilots holster and shoots the engines of the vertibird. The Vertibird catches on fire so he flees towards a window and jumps out of it, unfortunately he gets shot in the back by one of the members of Caesar's Legion. He falls to the ground breaking his limbs, his face smashed in. Then...A Caesar's Legion officer comes towards him with a Desert Eagle, along with four heavily armored members. They take Elvis and tie him onto a poll. The officer tries to see if he has a mask on and notices he does and yanks it off. And the man under the mask...GARRRRRYYYYYYYYYY! The officer loads his pistols and put's a bullet in Gary's brain. Thinking he's dead, they leave him there only to have him escape.

Or just a little patch of area with maybe a house in the middle that looks like it was untouched by the war (fully unradioactive, with vegitation, and a completely undestroyed house)

random tv robot encounters

Okey dokey, time for a new chapter of an encounter in the wastes.

You are walking through a building...You hear noises...footsteps. You walk slowly trying to be quiet and then...BAM!!! You are knocked out by a Knightkin Super Mutant who hit you on the head with a Nail Board. He tells his brethren to come and help him carry you, "Brothers...Help me carry this stupid human so we can take him to the green stuff." He says, another Super Mutant holds your leg while the Nightkin holds the upper part of your body. They carry you towards a facility while other Super Mutants guard them. Once you make it towards the facility they throw you down to the ground. You regain consciousness and see other humans, either dead or suffering but you also see vats of this green stuff that's labeled as FEV. "He seem good, good man for us!" One of the super mutants says while looking at you, not noticing you have regained your consciousness. "Let's get it over with, he's no good dead..." As the Nightkin comes towards you to take you and dip you in the FEV, you realize that you still have a pistol in your holster. You pull it out and shoot each super mutant in the head and then take a stealth boy from the now dead Nightkin. You turn it on and run away, the surviving super mutants wonder where you are. You progress towards the exit..."Rrrr, come out, come out wherever you are...." The Super Mutant begins shooting every where but luckily you have already escaped. That was close!

I was going to put two options, to either pull out your pistol and kill them or keep it holstered and get dipped in the FEV. But then it would require more writing, which I'm fine with but I wanted to post the post.

You run into a supermutant behemoth. As soon as you start attacking he'll say "Don't make me angry. You wouldn't like me when I'm angry."
If you keep on attacking him he'll turn into Sticky
