Better to build yourself with that budget.
There are several videos in the OP on how to build one.
CASE: BitFenix Shinobi Black Mid Tower Case
MOBO: Asus P8P67
CPU: Core i5 2500K
RAM: G-Skill 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 1600Mhz RipjawsX Memory Kit CL9 (9-9-9-24) 1.5V
SSD: Crucial M4 64GB
HDD: Samsung F3 1TB
PSU: Antec TruePower New 650W Modular PSU
GPU: Sapphire HD 6950 2GB GDDR5
DVD: ASUS DRW-24B3ST
OS: Win 7 Home Premium 64-bit
Should be under £1000
It's £955.60
Are these all the parts I need ?
Thanks for all the help and for the links in the op.
If you have the monitor and all other external peripherals (mouse, keyboard, speakers/headphones, etc)...then that's about all you need.
Hey all, need some tech savvy folk to help me out here. I decided I wanted a good desktop to game on, as my laptop isn't the strongest XD
I was looking at this bundle on newegg. How does that bundle look? Would it be cheaper to buy all the parts separately? If its good, what would be the best graphics card I could run in it without an issue? Thanks!
EDIT: Would also have to put an OS in, probably Windows 7 pro 64 bit.
Edit2: this is the bundle: http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboBundleDetails.aspx?ItemList=Combo.755238&cm_sp=DIY_PC_Combos-_-755238-_-Combo
edit3: I was also thinking use http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814131397&cm_sp=Cat_Video_Cards_%26%2338%3b_Video_Devices-_-Clearance-_-14-131-397 video card and add http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103055 CPU cooler.
CPU Cooler is overpriced for what it is and what it can do. Can get similar temperatures with a cooler that almost costs half as much from CoolerMaster. Like one of these:

The 2500K bundle is ok, but just not a fan of coolermaster power supplies...they are overpriced for what they really are. Their cases are excellent though. Consider going with a different set of components to save more money and shift those funds towards a better video card. The Asus Sabertooth mobo isn't necessary for most users.

With the savings, get a better card. Radoen 6870 or GTX 560 or higher.
