Yeah i have also noticed this. Many times i spray my whole clip into a player from behind. And then he does a 180 on me and kills me in 2-3 shots. And i use maximum armor alot.

I really believe bad servers has something to do with it. Since i have 100/100mbit fiber and i sometimes get 2 green bars.
Hopefully this gets better soon.

Anyways, i love this game and it doesnt bother me that much yet.

guys there no point in complaining on a forum about stuff tht happens the first time you play the game, the things you are complaining about is the exact same things tht caused probs for cod, gears, halo and battlefield on theyre launch days so quit whining, if you dont like it then the simple answer is dont play it, chances are some of you havent even played the game and are just coming onto the forums to complain just to ruin it for others

It's hit or miss with the connection issues, some matches the connection is good and then I may run into a few lag matches. As a Gears of War player I've learned how to play with the lag. I'll just wait for a patch to come out and see what happens either way I have a good time playing

They fixed the servers on the multiplayer demo im sure soon nough they will fix it for the actualy game that they care about. And what exactly is a good game to you guys? Call of Duty? That game takes the least amount of skill and people that think their good at games because they are good at that game are dumb as ****.

Even if the hit detection isnt perfect right now this game still takes more skill than CoD because you actually have to think about different tactics with the nanosuit. This game is far from filth or pathetic, more like outstanding and awesome.

I slightly agree...I LOVE And I mean LOVE this game but I actually feel like the demo had a better feel too it than the full game. Why is it that even with extended clip I can't kill a guy but he turns around and I have armor mode on and I'm dead in a second? Am I missing something? But even with this issue I would still give it 5 starts. Crytek is up there with my favorite developers now. I have faith that they will fix the ,multiplayer issues.

Lol call of duty is sooooo horrible and takes no skill. Bullets come out of guns sideways and and u can aim behind running targets with snipers. LOL. Cheapest game around. And I also agree that crytek will fix the issues just like with the demo.

This is probably what happened:

He saw you coming, activated armor mode as soon as you started shooting, and then when you stopped to reload, he popped you while you didn't have armor mode active.

Practice how/when to switch suit modes, you will never be good at the multiplayer until you do.

I attacked from behind. He didn't see me enter the clip into him. I was in full armor mode because I anticipated the game **** me over with it's inconsistent ****. One burst killed me. In full armor mode.

And I personally think that Crytek is a great developing house. Take DICE for example; they release a beta and then it's a toss up whether or not the inherent problems in their game will be fixed by launch(Let alone at all!), but Crytek has handled problems quickly(The 360's control latency issues and the PS3 connectivity issues that were present in their respective beta and demo were fixed almost immediately, for example).

I'm confident that these problems will be ironed out in due course. Crysis is Crytek's baby. They won't abandon it. It's unfortunate that some are so quick to judge and drop a game without giving it a fair shakedown period first, but really and truly it's their prerogative. It doesn't hurt me any.

Aiming and pulling the trigger has never felt less irrelevant to the action taking place on-screen.

Sometimes the bullets do damage to unarmored enemies. Sometimes they don't.

Sometimes putting up armor will absorb a ton of bullets. Sometimes it doesn't even absorb 3.

Sometimes aiming at the head will get you a faster headshot. Sometimes it won't.

Just terrible, terrible game-making. A black-eye on the once-great Crysis series.

These are issues which they will work towards fixing. Your just carrying on at this point. If it's affecting your enjoyment of online gameplay that much. Go get a refund or exchange.

As I stated, I gleefully stole $60 out of EA's pockets by putting my used copy up on store shelves alongside the new ones. At $55 or whatever, that's one less copy EA will sell.

However, the thread needs to stay near the top of the page so that unknowing consumers who might come here investing the game see that it is, in fact, a piece of trash not fit for selling, nevermind buying.

Just admit you think this game is "Flith" because you play halo. and that you were expecting Crysis 2 to be like Halo but an a better FPS form. Graphics are better. Gameplay is Better. I will admit the melee is a little tatterd and broken. and it needs to be fixed up same as the lag. like any other game. Halo still has its ups and downs. almost all the weapons in the game svck besides the DMR and possibly the rocket launcher. oh wait new players only go for rockets because they cant aim for ****.
