Those movies.

Dead Space 1 in the dark, home alone, everything silent and then my dog starts dreaming making these weird noise - Most horrific experience ever!

First time I seen it because of the well done camera footage - Cloverfield.
Any film that is slow and predictable, even though its predictable and I am totally expecting it I still jump, like paranormal activity.
Watching programmes about old abandoned ruins or asylums - The Paris Catacomb Lost Man video was creepy and the whole place looked creepy "Empire of Death", accurately named

CANNIBAL HOLOCAUST

seriously though, Delicatessen might qualify to this. Seeing what movies have been brought up here, some of you would probably think it's creepy. I'd rather describe it as nasty though, but in a subtle way.

Delicatessen is a great film, but I don't know if it's really disturbing. I mean it's got grit but compared to most post-apocalyptic/dystopian films it's really quite sweet in most parts.

Actually goodfellas was quite creepy but really funny. Something about a man as little and with as high a voice as Joe Pesci get angry and shoot someone just invokes those emotions in me.
I wouldn't say it was a creepy movie but it was damn good. One of my favorites.

Sin City comes to mind. I don't remember a thing about the plot but I recall it was pretty strange.
I also watched a bit of A Clockwork Orange and it was pretty disturbing, I never saw most of though.
Also The Fourth Kind was kind of creepy sometimes. It wasn't a good movie but it had its moments.

The Descent: Part 2
Shutter Island
I haven't seen most of what you listed but these two stick out for me so I'll just agree that these two were creepy. A lot of people I know didn't like shutter Island at all but I thought it was a great movie.
The descent 2 was alright but it doesn't compare to the first one which was all around much better.

That someone thought it was a good idea to make a sequel was bizarre as well.
