It is very hard to RP a Paladin in this game.

The skill tree still allows a bit of Paladin Style play I suppose. Banish whoever spells in Conjuration, Courage and so forth in Restoration. But really, there is no need for a Paldin in the plot.

Theres no real 'Paladins' in the ES universe. I cant see anything wrong with looting dead bandits. Where else would paladins make money? Im sure buying and selling isnt a deal breaker either...its not like youre committing assassinations

Not buying and selling is just bizarre. Where is that basis for that for Paladins? Something I missed about D&D?

It reminds me of this story of a kid raised in a ultra religious home, who suddenly stood up in class, and confessed that he just picked his nose. Like he'd feel guilt about the smallest things. Someone must've injected a bunch of strict ideals of cleanilness or something. He literally thought he was a sinner for it though.

I'd say if there's a Paladin who's feels guilt or has reservations about buying and selling things, then he should craft a shiny dagger and slit his own throat. Poor guy doesn't have a chance anyways. Oh, and after that, he should probably pick up his zombified corpse, head to the nearest gamestop, and trade in the game.

You have no imagination. That is all.

To be fair, a good chunk of different play styles were axed from Oblivion to Skyrim, and so the variety is less. There also seems a heavy emphasis on lame ol' Nords.

To be fair though, they've never really explored Nords well, and thought it was hightime they did (that, and dragons). It's not bad to at least try something once.

Certain quests aside, I love how the Nords are depicted. Fierce, proud, and they do go on about honor and what it means to be a true Nord. Then you start paying attention to the details, and realize Skyrim is a harsh and complicated land.

Yes, being a Paladin is almost impossible in this game because there are some quests where you literally have to do something evil and trap you until you do it.

If you talking about House of Horrors ... not so. You are trapped by an evil Daedra
Spoiler
but only untill you have no choice but to kill the Vigilant after he attacks you. He lose his mind. It's really not the act of a Paladin to suicide.
As for the rest if you know who the suposed victim is you might not feel so bad.
