An alleyway, some backyards and the back of a few houses. Can also see the local chippy as well. God, can't wait to move out.

Kicking EvilFish1 is not notably useful.

Can't get a good shot from my window due to the screen. And I don't feel like letting the heat out by opening it.

It's the far-Northeast side of Chicago near the lake facing West. If I pointed the camera farther South you'd see a lot more big buildings.

You could probably see the lake from the other side of your building...I'm guessing.

I can't take a picture right now since I'm not at home but a quick google search found http://static.panoramio.com/photos/original/21439573.jpg, which is close enough.

I want your house.

I of course, live in Australia, a land of sweeping plains, amazing beaches, beautiful bushland and incredible natural wonders.
And my bedroom window looks out onto....a fence :(

Yeah, you can see it from my North windows if you look East (I'm in a corner unit on the NW corner of the building). Actually, http://i69.photobucket.com/albums/i63/softnerd/pic6.jpg is a shot from a unit on the other side of the building.

An empty block of land
Some bush
Mountains (I can't see them when it's foggy)
A beach
The next town along from mine.
If I lived where you did, I would never be inside. Wanna switch? :)

My landlord's shop. The space between being a driveway, made for one car a time, occupied by my car, my mother's SUV, my neighbor's car, and, occasionally, my neighbor's girlfriend's truck. If you look to the right you see the garage which we're not allowed to use, and to the left is a three-way intersection and my across-the-street neighbor's yard which has an American flag and Vietnam memorial facing said three-way intersection.

This is pretty much what I can see, but on ground level with a few houses and more coastal with the ocean and a beach.

It looks like that everywhere in Tasmania though... Still wished I lived in Iceland. :)

What window? Seriously, I do not have a window in my bedroom. it is in the corner of my house where if i were to put a window in, I have a choice of looking at the neighbor's house and a dog kennel or looking at the underside of a balcony which quickly rises into a hill with a leaky pipe that connects our house to a sepitc tank (not pretty!)

*flush*
*window gets dirty*
*cleans*
*repeat*
