Warrior = werewolf, Theif = vampire, Mage = ...

Mage = vampire. Bonus in illusion and destruction (in oblivion) and bonuses to willpower and intelligence all add to a mage. A vampire can be a warrior or a rogue too though.
Not in Skyrim.

Werewolves can be pretty darn stealthy. They were in Bloodmoon, at least. They could jump clear over a mountain too, so take that stealthy bit for whatever it is worth.

The Werewolf does seem like it's going to be useless for a character who hasn't invested much in Health or Stamina (you know, a Mage). Mages would make use of being a Vampire for the Illusion boost but that's about it. I hope they put in a Necromancer faction in a DLC and allow you to become a Lich.

Care to elaborate? What are the new attributes of a vampire?

No "mage" type special forms please. I am so tired of the typical archtypes dating back to EQ and who knows how long before that I could spit.

Give me something unique!! Use your imagination and don't be stuck in the formulas of yesterday!!

Seems they are much more like rogues this time around that warriors and mages and rogues combined. Thanks.

I don't know... at least werewolves and vampires have ways to blend in to society. Liches would stick out like a shriveled, maggot-infested thumb.

No necessarily. It takes many years for liches to rot, and even then powerful liches can just maintain their forms anyway. Mannimarco looked like a normal altmer in Oblivion, yet he was an ancient lich.

But where's the fun in that? J/k, but that's just like adding 'lich' to the description of the character. Other than extra stats, there's almost nothing extra.
Forgive me, I'm very ignorant towards lichdom.

Liches aren't always Evil. In D&D terms, Elves had liches called "Baelnorns" who were mostly Neutral or Good, and who became undead in order to guide their family/society and to preserve lore. There were also good liches called "Archliches" who became undead in order to combat a great evil that would simply outlive them. Like in BG2, the Liches that guarded the Golden Body Parts of Kangaxx, they became undead in order to ensure that the horrific evil Kangaxx would never be unleashed on the world again. An eternal watch/vigil, so to speak.

Liches don't always appear to be rotting husks. Many can cloak their undead appearance and appear alive with illusion, while others can inhabit younger, less rotted bodies. For example, Szass Tam, one of the most powerful Liches and Mages in the Forgotten Realms, is several centuries old, yet he still appears to be alive, the only tell-tale sign that he is a Lich is that his fingers are withered, and every now and then the musty scent of decay wafts from him.

Don't forget how Bidderdoo Harpell nommed the neck of a Dark Elf Weapon's Master after he ran out of spells!

Lol, yeah, that was hilarious. A 6.5 - 7 foot Dark Elf (They practically never reach that height, usually 4-5 feet) Weaponsmaster got effortlessly killed by a Mage transformed into a Werewolf.
