What are the most embarrasing ways you've died in a pony?

Post » Mon May 14, 2012 12:10 pm

Mine would have to be in Battlefield Bad Company all the way to Battlefield 3. Running myself over.

I always jump out of my car, truck, van, UFO, and it seems to glide right over me as I get out. It's especially annoying and embarrassing when you drive to an enemy base only to run yourself over lol.

Crashing a jet in BF3... Several times in one match. Still I learned to fly, and was able to fly around for 30 seconds before heatseekers shot me down.

Or in Fallout new vegas lonesome road. Deathclaw infested highway, I went into the trailer... Im still not sure how my tribal (melee/unarmed) is going to get past that highway.

I had a few embarrassing moments playing L A Noire last night. Once I crashed my car at top speed into a tree, and another broke cover during a gunfight and was immediately shot down, 3 consecutive reloads in a row until I figured out you were supposed to go the other way. That was definitely a  moment.

Levitation from one of the Seven Graces pilgrimages in MW running out when I was somewhere above Red Mountain. Either that or the mudcrab that snuck up on one of my characters and killed her.

Stupidest death I've seen any RPer ever pull off was in the James Bond pnp RPG. We'd been picked up from the airport by our driver and realise hes taking us the wrong way. Ask him whats going on and he just accelerates. One of my fellow agents shoots him in the back of the head. He managed to kill 4 people with 1 bullet.

Walked clumsily off a walkway at the top of Dead Center's atrium in Left 4 Dead 2. There weren't even any zombies near me.

That's not nearly as talented as molotoving yourself.

Which I've done, on numerous occasions. :(

Was spychecking with my Pyro in TF2, started to "rubberband" and stuff. After it was done, I thought it came back as I couldn't move forward so I stopped until it is done. Turns out the blockade was a Spy >_<

If a tank was charging you, thats fine.
Otherwise...

If I was playing as hunter, and someone did that, however I would leap at the oppertunity. Woo extra fire damage.

Speaking of MP fails. Halo reach on spire. The reload button is the same as the button to hijack a veichle. I never really learned my lesson, and got splattered by many banshees. I hijacked alot too, but still.
Also jumping off the spire, thinking you have a jetpack.

You name it, I've probably done it.
Often it's a direct cause of really big brainfart...especially re:motion/directional physics.

Usually has to do with me misjudging falling damage and dying as I hit the ground when I though I had enough health.

Hmm. The main categories are probably: 1) walking into blatant deathtraps due to not noticing it (like... off cliffs in games you think won't let you do it), and 2) shooting things that explode, while standing next to them.

Remember, kids! The missile launcher is NOT a melee weapon!

Shooting down a helicopter in GTA 4 with the rocket launcher, only to have the helicopter careen right into me, so that it's still spinning blades directly struck Niko and sent him flying from one building rooftop to another.

GTA IV, I and my friend were playing GTA: IV doing the swing glitch because we we're pretty bored; when the other died the other took the controller. It was my go and I had survived two launches and my third launched me out into the ocean, I was laughing because I was garunteed to survive; I turned to my friend and laughed "It's never going to be your go mate," and I [censored] you not less than a second after I said it the right side of the screen became white as a bastard yacht literally came from no where and ran right over killing me. The look on my face was priceless apparently :P.

Trying to fly the helicopter in the mines on the bf3 map is always a fail. Especially when you got a squad of mates in with you.

And a lot of hate mail :sadvaultboy:

In BFBC 2, I finally got to fly a helicopter. The ride ended a few seconds later because a mountain collided with my helicopter. Needless to say, switching to invert made me become a much better pilot.

I've been killed (and killed a few in my day too) by means of a flash/smoke grenade in CS:S. You have to have 1hp and no armor for it to work.

Slaughterfish in skyrim are overpowered.
You cant use magic in water, you cant even use a [censored] dagger.
You kill dragons repeatedly (so often it actually becomes boring) yet you must flee from a bloody fish.
