What Will Your Primary Weapon in Skryim Be?

Post » Mon May 07, 2012 8:16 am

I generally use Swords the most, but I may expand to use a vast array of weapons in Skryim. But I want to become an amazing archer, so obviously my primary weapon will be the bow and arrow.

The biggest damned sword I can find. Been addicted to them since Sigfreids Zweihander move "Alpheim!" in Soul Calibur three. Theres just something special about beating something with the flat of a giant sword.

I think I'm going to go with either Swords or Daggers, I like to play sneaky characters :hubbahubba:

I'd say that bows are a better stealth weapon. They make almost no noise when you pull them out, (unlike swords - which always make a sharp SHINK! sound as you pull it out of your sheath) and you can stay hidden in the shadows as you pick off your enemies from a far. :)

Side note: My grandpa was playing because my brother stayed with him over the summer and so my grandpa bought him morrowind and started playing after seeing my brother play now he plays all of the Elder Scroll games

My first char will use Conjuration as a primary damage dealer. This will be supported by a strong command of the Alchemy skill. Thus, using a Bound Bow and Bound Dagger as a delivery system.

Sword and bow in about equal measure. And as soon as I learn them, Destruction spells like lightning bolt.
